Born in Austria, Alexander, is an accomplished climber and skier, a feat that requires both elevated doses of boldness and careful risk management. During the first phase of his professional life, Alexander focused on turnaround projects, successfully managing companies near bankruptcy. He first focused on a paper bags company to later move on to one of the largest ski manufacturers in the world. His first experience in Real Estate began in 2003 when he founded Bluespace. One of the pioneering self-storage companies in Spain, which rapidly became the indisputable industry leader. He managed the company for 11 years, and successfully sold the business in 2014, after investing more than 150 million euros across more than 25 stores. Since then Alex has focused on developing highly profitable residential projects in Catalonia, where he resides. He holds a Ph.D. in Business from MIT, is married and has 3 children.

An avid sportsman, Ivan, is usually engaged in multiple disciplines in parallel. Iván has led diverse real estate investment projects in his native Argentina, Panamá, USA, Uruguay, and Spain, having spearheaded new business ventures in those markets. He has overseen in the entire investment process, from the legal aspects to the operations and ulterior sale. He has also worked on asset management and has entrepreneurial experience in the pharmaceutical and fitness sectors. He has studied Business, Finance and holds an MBA from ESADE business school.

Brian has over 12 years’ experience helping fast-growing IT start-ups expand their sales and operations, ready for IPO or acquisition, to enterprises such as Microsoft and Dell EMC. Director of International Sales, Brian has built an impressive track record for developing new business, implementing change management, and identifying strategic asset purchases for the business. He has worked on property projects in his native country of New Zealand, UK, and Spain, and holds a Master’s in Business, from Waikato University, New Zealand.
